THE DRONEMASTER
Although drones have been around since 1907, my drone adventure didn't begin until more than a decade later. I discovered the high-quality power of drone photography and continued to develop myself in this. My passion was born.
The aerial perspective provides an unparalleled view of the world, with astonishing patterns and details normally hidden from the eye on the ground. My very first drone, the Yuneec Typhoon G, marked the beginning of a new phase in my life. Without a built-in camera, but with a separate GoPro underneath at the time. This four-motor drone literally and figuratively opened up a new world for me. I will never forget my first flight; the feeling of seeing the world from a different perspective was special. The unmanned aircraft in the air gives a scary feeling of vertigo. Can this piece of technology really fly?
Drones offer countless artistic possibilities and I saw something in that. I decided to upgrade to a DJI drone and chose the Mavic Air. A nice mini drone that could easily be taken on holiday and gave me the opportunity to train my flying skills. My enthusiasm soon grew and a new upgrade followed to the DJI Mavic Pro, a powerful drone with a Hasselblad camera for even better image quality.
But I wanted to develop myself further...
With the development of my website and the unique opportunity to fly for various TV series, I took another great step forward. Adding the Mavic 3 Cine, DJI's latest creation, to my fleet was a logical next step. This drone has an even more powerful sensor with a built-in fast SSD drive, which takes the image quality to a higher level. With an impressive flight speed of 80 km/h and a battery life of no less than 45 minutes, the Mavic 3 Cine offers unprecedented possibilities.
With exceptional technology where photo and video are of increasingly better quality. Obstacle avoidance sensors and decent battery life. The unmanned vehicle, one of the most effective ways to capture a different perspective on the life of our planet.
I am now six drones further and have the necessary licenses to fly safely as a drone operator in the EU. I delve deeper into the wonderful world of high-quality drone photography and enjoy exploring the world from above.

Unique details
Composition, atmosphere and light are decisive for a drone photo. By fusing these elements together, a stylish artwork is created. This is the only way the viewer can see the landscape in all its glory from an unseen perspective.
I am always looking for lines and elements, sometimes in solitude, that give the photo strength.
'..a special one
and initially unrecognizable pattern..'
The landscape from a bird's eye view
Photography with a drone appeals to the imagination. You may have no idea what you are looking at. When I tell you that the photo below is a special natural phenomenon in which we are on the last days of a frozen lake
The day after this photo was taken, the ice was no longer accessible and the ice fun was over. Result; a special and unlikely pattern in the natural ice.
HIDDEN
unexpected pearls
Dronemaster's drones are controlled using the drone controller with an ultra-clear 5.5-inch screen that creates a crystal clear live image. Even the bright sun is no obstacle for this controller. However, the size of the screen does not always make it possible to view in detail what is sometimes happening 120m below the drone.
The surprise is even greater when, after loading the images onto the Apple MacBook, you can see which details were not noticed at the time of the flight. Hidden unexpected pearls. Schools of fish in the sea of Portofino, chickens who had no idea of the presence of the drone or skaters on the ice.
